Complex nose, deep and incredibly fresh, very minerally, mature but remarkably young, very primary, good sweet Pinot Noir fruit, Schioppettino violets, blackcurrants, almost Douro-like spice, sometimes reminiscent of a mature waxy Riesling, peach, slightly nutty; on the palate some tightness and finesse of the Cabernet-Sauvignon, lovely smoothness and sweet fruit, a bunch of field-flowers; on the finish slightly drying fruit, hint of nuts, very good aromatic persistence, long. Very individual aromatic profile but very special and exciting. Drink now.
