I am not too familiar with Piemontese whites, having only tried a handful, but I found this Arneis quite attractive. The colour is already developing to a light/mid gold, which might reflect the fuller palate weight and extraction of flavours through lees contact. The aroma is savoury with 'dry fruitiness', while the palate has a lovely textural mouthfeel, a touch of saltiness, but also an underlying fruit richness and delivery through to the quite long finish, with the typical fresh …
