Exciting Grüner Veltliner which, besides the typical spiciness, shows very elegant and fresh with a challenging and exciting bitter that really makes this GV special. Limited power and length.

Little gas in the glass at first, this GV comes mineral, fresh, peppery, dry, with good structure, at present is very young will get better with some time in the bottle. Food friendly, I had it at a restaurant and some of the guys found it a too earthy/stone-y , which is OK for me, apparently not for everyone.
