medium amber, brownish red, lots of clarity, brickish hue Nose: raspberry, stem, clove, vanilla, oak Pal: strawberry, stem, clove, vanilla, oak Feel: medium Finish: medium/short T5

Used to make boeuf bourgogne, a taste poured off at cellar temp. A candy-like nose, bubblegum, very light. Light on the palate as well, strawberry, not much going on. Not very pleasant. And it got worse as it warmed up, the rest of the bottle went down the drain.
