Quite lovely second wine of the evening following 2000 Bryant Family. Held its own very well. Short decant in same vessel as BF.

My fav wine drunk in 2015. Super smooth. Husband described it as "red butter." Easy drinker doesn't need too much time to breathe.

Little disappointing as I was expecting a lot more from this wine. Perfectly fine and will note that it was tasted along five others wines that are hard to beat.

The 2012 Sainte Fumée is a bigger, richer version of her previous counterparts. Always a fan favorite, this wine exhibits aromas of white pepper, roses and caramelized sugar. Deep flavors of cherry cordial and cocoa powder are lifted by a firm and tannic structure. Big and expressive with loads of perfume, Sainte Fumée just might be your “go to” summer bottle. 62% Syrah, 16% Cinsault, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petite Sirah, 6% Grenache, 363 cases produced
