Another solid bottle. Still smoky with deep dark fruit and little chocolate. Little softer nose with this bottle. medium finish with just a little bite. good daily drinking.

A very good wine for an exceptional price ($12). A very reliable tempranillo for weekday drinking.

Nose of salami and smoky strawberry. Sweet tart palate with mild tannins. Drinks very well for the price.

Dark berries. Smokey flavors. Very smooth for inexpensive Rioja. Popular with 8 red wine drinkers.

Popped and poured by myself late on a Monday night. It was fine for what it was. $10-12 Tempranillo. Some dark cherry/faint cinnamon nose. Darker than many Tempranillos. I just returned from a month of great wines in Spain and this is a Rioja. In my mind a step below the Ribera del Duero and several more below the Toros. That said, I still enjoy drinking it and remembering the wonderful Spanish countryside and very friendly people.

Ripe black cherries, creme brule. Good balance and integration on palate, transitions nicely to a medium tannin finish that leaves plenty of fruit for a lengthy finish.

And I like the label design – clean, simple, inventive and with movement. The back label has this to say: A wine with just one puprpose: to be Rioja Its character, the fruit, and the expression of Tempranillo Rebellious, authentic, and delicious Oh, and it’s 100% Temprnillo. I’m felling good about this one. Allons-y. I …

Dark, dark rioja with an earthy, funky nose that has just enough fig and dark fruit. Palate is also dark fruit and the earthiness and a bit of dry spice are all rioja, thru and thru. Great QPR
