Pale yellow with good mousse. Developed with a nice minerality and notes of brioche, citrus, green apple, hazelnuts and marzipan. Developed, medium bodied taste with fresh acidity and notes of citrus, green and yellow apples, melon, marzipan and brioche. Nicely developed and very fresh cava!
