El Sol Charbono Lodi

Caveat -we haven't been to El Sol in Livermore, CA since late 2000s. Thought his wines tasted cooked, but partner liked them. Not know if wines have changed/improved since then. Opened a cellared 2005 Charbono. Ugh! Ethyl acetate (nail polish remover) nose & palate. Undrinkable. Opened the 2nd bottle to see if the first were bad. 2nd was the same.
