Best bottle so far. Some reduction and smoke upon opening but very accessible from the start. Quite ripe in the nose, but lots of minerality and a crisp fresh backbone. Really great. Six bottles left, no rush to drink them.

This was very nice. Open from pop and pour. Lemon blossom, pear and yellow apple, a hint of crushed gravel, lemon zest. Good depth and while round and showing some warmth from 19 it stays together with just enough energy. Probably would drink soonish. Natural cork closure.

Really fresh and energetic. Good concentration, ripeness of the vintage shining throug. I think this has to shed some of its baby fat and wil seriously improve over the next couple of years. I see a greater future ahead but already quite hedonistic now.

I really liked this, and think it was in a perfect phase in its life. Elegant vanilla, oak and reduction, white peach, some pineapple and mango (but not overripe), med + acidity keeping the wine in balance. Really well done!

Upgrading rating from previous tasting - I've misjudged Anne's wines - these are actually excellent and are unique in comparison to Pierre's. Drank over 2 days, Day2 showing was the best. Excellent concentration of lemon, lemon confit and green apple with saline finish. There's the textbook Meursault reduction as well. Very powerful midpalate with chalk laden acid structure. I still want to highlight that the Domaine may still have issues with Premox that needs to be addressed that I've experienced …

Dobbeltdekantert og servert 2 timer senere. Typeriktig Meursault. Mangler fortsatt litt trøkk i midtpartiet og virker ikke helt forløst enda. For all del en god vin, men forventer litt mer (muligens urealistisk nivået tatt i betraktning). Neste flaske i 2025.

Decanted and consumed over 90 minutes. Light aromas. Light-moderate flavors of pineapple and lemon. Lightly-waxy mouthfeel. Acid is prominent and this was showing a little disjointed. More austere than I recall, which caught me by surprise. I will wait until 2026 before I try again.

Meursault comparision: Germain/Anne Boisson Germain: I liked very much this wine, as it retains all the power of Meursault in an elegant package, with excellent richness of textures good depth for a village with punch ending in a stony, long finish. Perfect balance here. Anne Boisson Sous la Velle: This is more gentle, more caressing (this is a much more clayish soil below the village of Meursault), so this is richer, and it lacks a bit of energy. Maybe picking …

This was solid, but probably with upside. The nose has ripe orchard fruits, hazelnut, oak spice, a lemon peel. The palate is rounded and rich, but has plenty of energy and freshness. It improved with air and became more vibrant. Good depth for a village wine.

A bit of reduction but within tolerance, if you like PYCM, you will love this. Very good weight and viscosity while avoiding flabbiness. Very nice tropical fruits and quince coupled with small hints of dried nuts and white flowers. There is good balance here and body, can be better in 3-5 years but drinking well now, albeit young.

This was very good, 1er cru quality Moderate oak Lemony and minty notes Quite elegant Approachable now with a decant but probably best enjoyed its best 4-8 years from now (Drunk alongside a 1er cru from Chassagne from a different producer. This was the obvious winner).

Dobbeltdekantert på formiddagen og servert på kvelden. Sitrus, flint og allehånde. Sømløs og elegant stil. Mineralsk og delikat frukt. Mangler litt trøkk i midten, ellers munner den ut i en lang og tett utgang. Pent integrert eik. Har nok litt mer i vente. Utmerket village. 91+

Decanted - this took 2 hours to get going. Moderate aromas of lemon and exotic fruits. Moderate+ flavors of citrus, followed by a good dose of acidity, and a lengthy finish composed of waxy citrus and exotic fruits (mostly pineapple). Still plenty of upside. 92-94.

Friday Thai food dinner with friend from the neighbourhood. At Maison Dakota. Tasted blind. Drank over 2+ hours from bottle. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with bits of reductive matchstick, then aromas of stony minerality, some mealy earth, citrus lemon, nuts, toasted oak. Developing. On the palate, dry, superb high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium+ body. Pronounced flavour intensity, with flavours of vanilla cream-coated nuts, toasted wood, ripe …

A Few Miscellaneous Wines in Burgundy, Outside of Big Meals and Tastings; 6/27/2019-7/6/2019 (Burgundy) : Lemon and lemon curd with floral charm. Very accessible with good+ weight and length for Village wine. Lean styled and bright for the vintage. Good now with possible upside.

A bit more to offer than the Villages Meursault, some more mineral and texture. A good wine but didn’t bowl me over, maybe it reveals more in a couple of years.

Some struck match to the aroma along with ripe peach and preserved lemon. It is full and generous but has nice minerally detail. The finish is sappy and long.
