Dark Garnet color. Dark, savory dried currant and balsamic nose. Full-bodied, assertive and gripping. Leathery flavours, long rounded fruit finish. Tasted blind. Comes across as a costal Tuscan - I had similar thoughts of Viewpoint wines of the 2008 vintage. Good consistency. Quite impressive. 4/5
