Shows butter and something green on the nose. Palette is surprisingly bright and fresh, though there is a palpable roundness beneath. Hint of ripe green apple. Overall a slightly opulent expression of the Chablis appellation from a premier cru, definitely should have been drunk by now but still just fine.
