Not a wine intended for any kind of ageing - as far as I'm aware - this presented a really interesting profile. Has progressed to a golden colour, but certainly not many shades darker than when young. Not quite as enticing as at Chateau a couple of months earlier. I believe we probably served it a little too cold and didn't give it enough air. At the moment, it's youth requires it to breathe. Still the same fruity/tropical profile, and good weight, but not quite as much verve as when first tasted. Will leave the next bottle for a couple of years to see where it's going.

At Chateau. Lovely fresh and vibrant wine. Very fruity and floral on the nose, principally a touch of tropical fruit with some citrus/appley sharpness stuff going on. On the palate it has quite a bit of weight, but again, neither too cloying nor alcoholic. Balanced and with a good touch of freshness. Will be interesting to see this develop.
