Zesty and well-balanced - delicious. Aromatic on the nose, with just a hint of petrol, gewurtzy exotic and floral notes, especially lychee and white flowers - I would have guessed a washington gewurtz if sampling blind; just slightly off dry, great acidity balanced by luscious tangy fruit flavors, including citrus (tangelos come to mind), lychee and pears, and minerals as well; a long zesty, tangy finish, ending in finally with pears. Wonderful as an aperitif and it also went perfectly …
