PnP with 30 mins of air. Deep ruby purple fairly dense with violet rim. Nose of sweet and sour cherries earth licorice and raspberry. Medium(-) with feint tannins. Cherry and bitter herb (in a pleasant way) on the palate nice grip up front fades a bit at the end. Better on the nose and better with food.

We decanted the wine for 30 minutes before we poured the first glass. It was bright medium purple in colour and offered a shy nose of orchard blossom, some cherry and a hint of liquorice. On the palate the medium-bodied wine showed a boatload of sour cherry, raspberry and a sour and slightly bitter finish, paired with medium-plus acidity, medium-level tannin, a good, creamy mouthfeel, a touch of heat from the alcohol and very good length. A decent, fruit-forward wine …

Light ruby, nose of sulfur, red cherries and plum, light and straightforward on the palate with tart simple cherry and raspberry fruits, finish is lean with juicy acidity but not a lot of complexity

Light red. nose of cherries, balsamic and leather. Medium-light body. Cherries and raspberries on the palate, big dolcetto laser of acidity to balance out the dusty tannins. Lovely Italian bistro summer wine.

At winery with Lorenzo Scavino - A delicious and fruity Dolcetto - highly concentrated and rich, leather and flowers dominate the nose with balsamic notes and dusty earth. Dried and fresh berry fruit with very good finish,; however the acid was quite high and there were some green tones in the wine. Very well done Dolcetto.

Smaking med Flaskerud. Usikker dato. Klar bringebær-rød. Parfymert, fruktig litt kunstig. Åpner seg opp med litt luft. Svisker etter 1/2 time i glasset. :-) 170 NOK
