Mucho espárrago en nariz. En boca redondo, buena acidez, bien parado, pero por su nariz mucho menos elegante que el Casa Marin 2005.

FULL CIRCLE BEVCON 2017 SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE FOCUS, nose of grapefruit, lemon/lime, and creamy fruit, same on the palate, medium body, tasty, good acid, better after a year or two in the cellar, friendly people from Casa Marin eager to show their wines, long finish.

Pale lemony gold in colour, asparagus, with traces of green mango on the nose. Silky, grassy, lemony asparagus, with background minerality. Pineapple in the complex finish. Rounded, with pleasant sharpness that paired well with a potent roasted red pepper stuffed with tomato, feta & anchovy. Very small percentage of oaking, and left on light lees for two months. Weekend in London; 5/12/2017-5/13/2017 (Ledbury, Il Baretto, Hedonsim) : Just finished reading Rex Pickett's Chile (the third in the Sideways series) and he references this maker and their SBs so figured it was worth a try. Only a pound for the 1 oz tasting at Hedonism. It is possible the description in the book was a bit overdone. This did have very vibrant acidity - almost overdone, but then it was very much the grassy, cat piss, NZ form of …

Green peas and beans in the bouquet and in the taste; I dislike this wine.

Nose is initially full of citrus and strong green bell peppers, boiled asparagus, and salt water. Palate is very well balanced between citrus fruit, vegetal, unripe melon, flint and good mineral finish. Finish is off-dry. Delicious and unique. I can say I have never tasted anything like this before.

I like boiled asparagus, but I dislike them in the bouquet of a wine. Not tasted.

Sempre perfeita com peixes crus. Desta vez com ceviche.

Maravilhoso como sempre. Complexidade olfativa e leveza com acidez em boca.

Very aromatic nose - lime, asparagus, canned vegetables, and capsicum. The palate is lighter the intense aromas on the nose; still on greenish side but with a tropical lushness and sweet fruited gooseberries, touch minerality. Only downside is the finish which is abrupt.

I guess I could be serving a bit too cold or my bottle is over the hill. It still has my favourite elements but less powerful than 1 year ago. A easy 90 at its peak.

Very intense SB. Lot's of roundness and acidity. A touch of saltiness too, very nice. Very good length ( 7 ) Well worth the price ! Normally i don't do aged SB but this one makes me curious !

Citrus and tropical fruit (pineapple, lychee come to mind) dominated, clean Sauvignon Blanc, with a hint of dry earthiness to it. Very supple. a A very enjoyable experience indeed.

Smell: citrus, rotten eggs, sulfur. Taste: gooseberry, citrus, grass, herbs. Good flavor concentration and length.
