Outstanding, magnificent bouquet of fresh pineapple and nectarine. The palate stands very well, excellent concentration and good balance, tangy, numerous exotic fruit notes.

I didn't enjoy this bottle the second time around as much as the first (in 12/08). However, I found it to be crisp, light and extremely drinkable. Definite flavor of citrus and my lighter than expected.

Popped and poured. Light straw colored hue with a touch of green. Nice aromas of freshly cut grass, grapefruit, honeydew melon, and a touch of minerals. Medium-light body. Palate nearly matches the nose, with a touch more of the grassy element at the front to go along with a nice core of citrus, stone fruits and minerals. Well balanced acidity. Although not too complex, this is nice sipper for a summer day. Drink over the short term.

This wine rocks. Crisp, clean, refreshing, multiple flavors, one of the best sauvignon blancs I've ever had. Love it.

Poured at a retailer tasting. Starts out very grassy then opens a bit with goosberry and suble citrus notes. On the palate, the acidity is bright, with grassy citrus and jalapeno pepper tones.

More jalapeno than I like. Grapefruit, hay, lemon/lime. Little harsh...not my style.

Initially their was the common Sauvignon Blanc citrus bouquet, but the flavors weren't very strong and the finish was very short. Much rather prefer several Sauvignon Blancs from New Zealand over this effort. Light straw in color and smelled heavily of grass and a little grapefruit. Very acidic.

Golden yellow color. Nose and palate of distinct grapefruit, some lemongrass. Lacking acidity and minerality for my taste but decent drinker.

Very nice example of a Sauvignon Blanc. Nice grapefruitnose, with a nice finish. I would definitely get this again!

Brilliantly vivid nose of grapefruit. On the palate this wine is rather soft, for a SB, and tame. There isn't a whole lot going on. An easy drinker with a great nose.

Very nice example of a Sauvignon Blanc. I picked this up after a business meeting up in Napa. Great grapefruit, nice finish. I would definitely get this again!

Very well made California sauvignon blanc made with a nod to Cloudy Bay, but possessing Napa Valley fruit so it is rounder and riper than the NZ variety. Aromas of pink grapefruit, lemon, and chalk give way to a palate of pink grapefruit, apple, and mineral. The mineral note is very distinctive, and makes this far better than your standard Napa SB. Also, this proves that you can have a rich, medium-bodied wine without reaching for an oaky, fume blanc …

sltly sweet grapefruit citrus, grass and cat pee; a little bit of everything one can hope to find in a CA sauv blanc. Very clean and nicely balanced ripeness. Excellent varietal reference wine. Edit: Just read the other 2 TNs on this wine comparing it to a NZ. Funny, the next wine we drank was a 2006 Selaks Sauvignon Blanc and I thought how remarkably that NZ tasted like a CA. I liked how the St Supéry didn´t just come …

This wine had a NZ SB like character. Did not have the complexity or acidity of a Kim Crawford. Nice wine....but not a NZ SB at all.

Tasted double blind. Pale yellow color. Initial aroma is a bit musty, turning to mineral and flint, and finally, a huge blast of grapefruit. Crisp acidity and citrus flavors, decent finish. I thought this was a New Zealand Sauv Blanc.
