Nose of dark fruit and oak. Moderately rich mid palate. Oak and some mocha on the finish. I found this to be a relatively simple wine. Based on reviews, was expecting a fairly fruit forward wine. I might have been in its youth, but right now the oak dominates a bit too strongly for my tastes.

Cola, coffee, underbrush, some black fruit, not as much chcolate as I remember. Lasts. I'm thinking I like my cab franc younger, but this was interesting.

Well made, earthy chocolatey cab franc with generous oak. I like this style, but don't love it. Prefer a slightly gentler take on cab franc than this. Still good steak wine.

Enjoyable, easy drinking fruit forward cab franc. Not overly complex, but decent qpr

A great CF for the money. Takes about an hour to really open up. Awesome fruit forward nose and red fruit/burnt flavors on the palate. All around good wine.

Very fruit forward with a beautiful floral nose. Lovely finish which is not always the case with Cab Franc. A bit tight upon opening but with some work in the glass it settled down. I agree that another couple years in the cellar will allow this wine to really shine. Good now, better later.

very good, particularly at the discounted price point (wtso). you probably could sit on it a little while, but I think it is drinking well. more structure than you would typically expect. slightly fruit forward nose but goes down well. i like it

Popped and poured making dinner. A very young CF. I would wait 18 months-two years to give the wine time to mature. Good potential.
