A winning combination of citrus, persimmon, and apricot. I did not let it air and I do not think it is necessary. My guess is that this wine will last another 4-6 years.

In the glass, it is quite clear and pale with a slight tinge of yellow. on the nose, it was high in sweetness and concentration. On the early pallet it was sweet and higher in VA, however on the mid pallet it was complex somewhat juicy, and then had a long finish and some stone fruit metallic quality to it with high acidity. An interesting wine but maybe not so good at the price point.

Very luscious. Definitely different from a NZ SB, as this has some Sémillon. Still has nice complexity and is dry and has some crisp acidity. Some soft fruit/pear flavors.
