Tabor Sauvignon Blanc Adama, Sauvignon Blanc, Gir

This wine is crazy fresh. The nose is all fresh cut green apples, ripe pears, and lemon zest. The mouth stays true to the nose, with bursting green and yellow fruit, followed by some muted saline and rocky minerals, with a solid acid element, although it leaves you wanting more acid. Again a very nice QPR wine from Tabor, with an amazing bursting nose. This is a wine to pour for a non-wine drinker and ask them to smell it. …
