Deep deep colour, coming from extended skin contact. Remarkable nose which has layers and layers of fruit, white flowers, polish wax. The wine has body and a lovely purity and freshness. I think it was aged in chestnut barrels! Drinking great now but I would be really interested to see where this goes with some age.

Tasted at Dani Garcia, Marbella This wine had a marked orange tint; sign of extended skin contact during fermentation. Reminiscent of the wines of Stefan Vetter of Franconia; a new style and new direction in the making of wines.
