No sediment, so pour away. Much more fine and finesse-driven than you would expect, given the 25% addition of Bordeaux varieties. It drinks more like a Burgundy. This one is in the in-between right now. The aromatic complexity has dulled, but it's not quite harmonically blossoming yet. I have another one, and I'm going to wait until 2030. I expect it to behave like a Volnay.

This wine came out of its shell very nicely on Day 2. Full body, integrated fruit, with a complex finish. It has a tolerable abv of 14.6%. Very good offering from Jerry the zin-master!
