Aromatic, velvety and jam packed Zinfandel offering fleshy, ripe strawberry and raspberry with wonderful depth and concentration. Weaves together supple flavors of black cherry skin and red rose petals wrapped in pretty white pepper notes. Maintains vibrant structure and impeccable balance. An intense, well defined finish. Opens up after about an hour, and at a fine drinking stage. Hansen 03 horizontal. Drink now through 2011.
