Decanted 10 hours, clear off of what appeared to be grape skins. Amazingly pale, tawny on opening and redder hours later. As with the previous bottle, this seems a very mild wine, but also gains fruit and flavor the longer it airs; the best glass was the last, about 13 hours after opening. Enjoyed with lasagna Bolognese.
