Mordrelle Pinot Noir Basket Press

Mordrelle tasting (Oak Barrel, Elizabeth Street, Sydney) : Oof, wood glue and wild ferment over black hued fruit and plenty of spice and a tiny touch of whole bunch/stalk. It's a little sour and hard for me on the palate, alcohol warmth.
