Opened up well after around 2h decant. Great combination of fresh red fruit and spices. Just the right level of acidity. Long finish. Highly recommend.

Decanted about 2h and at this stage I would not go below that. Unbelievably elegant with detailed, precise and lofty notes of intense sour cherry, accents of dried and smoked meat, leather, dried herbs and a pinch of vanilla spice. No notes taken. Another stunning bottle of this remarkable producer. Expressive and intense from start to finish with layers and layers of aromas, centered around a perfectly delineated red berry core and so much pinoté. Ever so slightly changing and with an ultra fine structure. Grand Cru Burgundy in style and quality level. While 2018 might have been too warm in Burgundy, it was perfect in Neuchâtel. 96pts.

Robe d’un joli rubis. Magnifique nez sur les fruits rouges, un peu de végétal, très profond. En bouche on retrouve les fruits rouges, les épices, c’est très très long. Un vin d’une grande pureté. Grand!
