Barley sugar, cocoa nibs and roasted coffee bean, with a faintly powdery note. Pastry-like nuances evoke a walnut cake, alongside darker fruit tones such as caramelised plum jam. On the palate, the sweetness is pronounced and enveloping, balanced by freshness; good length, with a light saline touch.
