Toro Pago La Jara vertical tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, deep intensity, ruby colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of dark red plums, purple fruits, bueberries, black cherries, hot stones background, some dark spice and some cinnamon. Developing. On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, high alcohol (14.5%), structured high tannins, full body.
