Have always enjoyed this. Perhaps a bit of residual sugar? Nice mouthfeel and taste.

Pale straw in color with aromas of peaches and grannysmith apples. Light to medium bodied with a nice balancing acidity. Big ripe fruit with green apple, peach, and vanilla pushing forward. Finishes with a lingering sweetness. This is very American with it's luscious fruit backbone.

Not had any other Pinot Gris to compare to but I found this wine to be quite pleasant and sweet with a bit of peach flavor, almost a dessert type wine. Very thick and substantial on the palate as well. Would buy again for something different.
