Hartwood Winery Claret

Hartwood Winery Visit (Fredericksburg, VA) : sour, smoky/spice nose seems promising but in the mouth this was unappealing,sour, and harsh. Unclear why they chose to call their 100% cabernet sauvignon wine "Claret" rather than giving it the varietal label.
