Macerated at 0 degrees with dry ice nose - fresh, lemon squeeze, lemon custard, hint of sakiz/tree sap mouth - very fresh, imminently quaffable, lively with citric notes, minerally this would be great for a hot day, or for when you are particularly thirsty. in some ways it reminds me a of a lean chablis. I think sparkling rendition of this would also be great. worth trying. Best with food.
