Apricot. Dried fruit. Still fruity with a nice under tone of tanins as leather. Green apple cinnamon. Dry and slightly tart.

This is a Barbera/Sangiovese blend. Fruity, moderate aroma, spicy, sour beyond belief. Spouse hated on it (that's like a 60). Decanting didn't help obviously. Will be using the rest in a brownie recipe having never done that before.
