Dores Simões Bairrada Quinta do Canto Garrafeira

2 hour decant. 4500 bottles made - mostly Baga. Deep but slightly thin purple res with a hint of orange on the rim - nose of cherries and strawberries - not thick in the mouth, but pleasant, slightly rough - lots of flavours, but none outshining the next - long finish - a very different drink.
