Barrialto Aranzá

This one is hard to score. As a standalone wine in a blind tasting, I'm not sure how I would feel about it. Knowing it's unfortified palomino, I can't not love it. On its own, it comes across (unsurprisingly) as a very delicate and slightly less dry version of fino sherry. The minerality, florality, and salinity are all there, just less. It seems like it has amazing potential for food pairing!
