Great acidity and energy. Green granny smith apples, lemon zest and hazelnut. Lots of nuance and complexity. Long finish. Delicious

A private lunch (Restaurant De Lage Vuursche, Lage Vuursche, NL) : Brilliant Chenin. Open and expressive, minerally and fresh, wonderful varietal typicity, steely acidity, energetic bitters, excellent resonance and length. A wow wine.

Amazing chenin. Was too busy enjoying it to take many notes. Salty seafoamy note, mineral , key lime. rich and decadent with just a hint of residual sugar. Long lingering aftertaste

La Lune always delivers. I will say over the last two years this wine does not seem to have evolved very much. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing as these wines always show well out of the gates, but it does make me wonder about how they'll mature. Certainly no rush to drink them currently. Ripe fruit or slight residual sugar? Dunno, but we all pretty much enjoyed it. Can age quite a bit. Quite some tropical notes. Good wine.

Great! Loads of acidity, rich and weighty fruit, this wine totally delivers. Drank outside in 90 degree heat and it was perfect to cut through the steamy air...

electric, driven by freshness and acid, but well balanced and with enough waxy texture to keep things interesting

Medium lemon in the glass. Slight VA on the nose at the start, but dies down with some air. Great aromas of yellow apple, cantaloupe, preserved lemon. Medium-bodied with an electric acidity and some really nice texture. Unfortunately the wine doesn't evolve in the glass over the course of a few hours it took us to smash this magnum. The acid can be a bit overwhelming if you're not drinking this with food. Good wine, but overhyped at the price.

A little lambic like, this was nice but not worth hunting.
