Appearance: Pale in color, leaning more toward green than yellow — youthful and bright in the glass. Nose: Immediately expressive and floral, with notes of almond blossom, citrus zest, and subtle white fruit. The impression is cool, elegant, and almost completely dry, carried by a gentle sense of freshness. As the wine warms, the aromas broaden slightly and the fruit gains ripeness, yet it always retains its poise and balance. Palate: The same refined spectrum continues on the palate — …

Excellent, very well balanced, hints of tropical fruits, perfect acidity, quite drinkable without food but pairs well.

Sauternes like and Semillon dominated aromas with marzipan, lanolin and some oak. Creamy and full bodied, with pronounced acidity.

Pale straw in the glass. Lots of citrus on the nose, closer to lemon and grapefruit than anything else. Grapefruit and some pear on the palate nice minerality, bone dry with medium / high acidity. Alcohol is well integrated, finish is medium. Very pleasant.

Clear light grey. Intense nose, fresh cut grass, lime and stone fruit nose. Very refreshing but simple light flavours mostly citrus and a dry light finish.

Visiting the Château in Sauternes! A very fruity & tropical blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Pineapple, mango, lychee, grass and a touch of honey. Broad palate, especially for a Sauvignon Blanc.

Classic styled Bordeaux Blanc. That said the wine starts with a viscous mouthfeel which tells me that it is more Semillon than Sauvignon Blanc & Gris. The wine comes across as having been the product of fruit picked too soon. It just seems under developed. Flavors include grapefruit & lemon. This may need to age a bit. I would let sit for 3-5 years.

White #2. Much more up my alley compared to the Timorasso, quite nicely balanced, great value for 2021 Bordeaux Blanc. Classic Sauvignon Blanc notes of gentle tropical fruit, but I love the semillon balance. 48 Hours: Gosh darn this is good! I played myself, I should have bought a half-case of this. Light on its feet, tangy, all the tropical fruit has hung on beautifully.

Had 4 bottles over the last few months, all consistent and all better than the rather disappointing 2020 vintage (bottled under a different name). This is crisp with plenty of lemon and tropical fruit. Slightly creamy on the palate. Not especially long or exciting but a nice summer drink

Ignoring the inaccuracies of the importer's backside label, this wine is actually a blend of 57% Sémillon, 30% Sauvignon Blanc and 13% Sauvignon Gris, fermented and aged for six month in stainless steel (70%) and neutral French oak barriques (30%). Limpid and light yellow in color, it offers an aromatic profile of grapefruit, green apples, white peaches, lemon verbena and jasmine. Medium-bodied, crisply acidic, lightly oaked and with well-integrated alcohol (13.5%), it delivers comparable flavors and stays solid on the …

Flowers, green apples, white peach, grapefruit, and spice fill the perfume. The wine is fresh, crisp, refreshing and juicy. You can enjoy this as soon as it hits the stores. The wine blends 57% Semillon, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, and 13% Sauvignon Gris. Drink from 2025-2030. 91-91 Pts.

Sauterne conditions: v beautiful year, need to wait until Oct for botrytis to set in. but it was quick, all botrytised grapes were picked within 2 weeks. 12% new oak, 88% first fill. the Sémillon richness shows through, with some SB aromatics of greenness. palate leaner than expected from the nose, grapefruits, lemon & lime. savoury, citrus peels, saltiness towards the end. med acidity.

An overachiever, with notes of Granny Smith apple, Meyer lemon, peach, and hay buoyed by a creaminess throughout. Ample acidity keeps it feeling fresh and delicious, if not a tad simple.

This is fantastic, subtle citrus that builds with each sip and an underlying mute floral tone. Both the wife and I really enjoyed, bought more and will likely go back and buy even more!

Lemon and lean on the palate with lemon peel. Light and clean initially but then reveals smoky and vegetal notes and a creamy finish. Drunk this over three days and it just got more complex. Worth keeping for a few years, I reckon.

A fresh, crisp, lively shot of lemon, grapefruit, flowers, spice, and white peach that is delivered in a creamy, zesty style, making this perfect for early drinking pleasure. Sadly, this is going to be quite difficult to find as the yields were only 3 hectoliters per hectare. Formerly known as Le Blanc Sec de Suduiraut, this is the same wine, but with a new name. Drink from 2023-2030. 91-91

En-Primeur campaign for the 2021 vintage; 4/25/2022-4/29/2022 (Bordeaux) : Shown at Pichon Baron Green apple over a little lime with some creamy notes. Pronounced acidity on the palate but not sharp or sour just crazily mouth-watering. Palate flavours reflect the nose. After the reds this is rather refreshing but, alas, not very interesting or exciting
