This is a wonderful white blend from California. A great collaboration between a French and a Californian wine makers. Showing citrus, lemons, apples, pears, minerals, herbs, spices, light earth and white pepper. Medium bodied with medium acidity. Crisp and refreshing. Dry on the palate with some light RS. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Shows nice complexity already. Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years. I paired it with a duck Pâté with cognac. Delicious. A blend …

Light golden in color with a yellow tint. On the nose, ripen yellow apples, pears, light citrus, vanilla, light oak and spices. Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity. Dry on the palate with red and green apples, citrus, spices, vanilla, oak, earth and herbs. Spicy finish with limes and peppercorn. This is a very tasty White Rhone blend from Mendocino County. Light greenish yellow. Quite a bit of weight on the palate and the nose really showing off these white Rhône varietals. Nose has notes of hay, stone fruits, floral, citrus rind and a little oakiness. Medium acidity (6.5/10) and medium plus bodied. Quite a bit of tannins on the palate with a waxy mouthfeel. Flavors of lemon rind, apricot, and a little minerality. Long finish. Drink till 2025.
