Cornas din din Spartap et al -- Fascinating white, uniquely Northern Rhone. Oily candied fruits and almond paste on the nose, creamy on the palate yet balanced.

Very aromatic nose. Some peach, pineapple and floral components. A touch of nuttiness, bitter almond. There's a sensation of richness on that nose with a waxy component. The palate confirms:it is rich, low in acidity and round. Lovely fruit, it seems there's a basket of fresh orchard fruits. The long finish on ripe sweet fruit is impressive. A wine to enjoy with friends.

JR and Renee's BBQ -- Showing GREAT with a nice balance, interesting aromatics of marzipan and stone fruit meets almond pasty minerals.

First time drinking a 100% marsanne. Nose of baked fruit, apple and pear. Palate had a waxy quality, some subtle nut flavors, minerality balanced nicely by a low acid content. Good drinking.

Tasted at a retailer's tasting. So fresh, so young, wow! this was tasty. Spring flowers, juicy white fruits, hints of tropical fruits. According to M. Clape, this was just bottled.
