플럼, 무화과, 체리?같은 붉은 과실, 삼나무, 스파이시. 실키함이 굉장히 인상적이며 약간의 타닌, 부드러운 목넘김, 좋은 산미가 잘 어우러진다. 바디감도 미디움정도. 좀 짧은 피니쉬와 약간 부족한 밸런스가 아쉽지만 가격생각하면 훌륭하다. 낮은 온도에서 마실때 더 인상적.

Valenciso Masterclass with Diego Santana (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : Savoury, sweet spice, a little toasted oak, fruit plays second fiddle to this but proves to be, with agitation, red hued, with plenty of minerality and a touch of an almost saline note. Fresh and fleshy, chalky minerality, that saline quality, oak and fruit on the palate are both present and it finishes a little bitter. Hmm.
