Paired with sautéed stuffed gnocchi, peas, and sun-dried tomatoes last night. Paired with vegan cream of mushroom soup (coconut milk) and homemade cheese bread tonight.

As one reviewer wrote, this is quite dry although more than I expected. Good opener with cheese and crackers.

Medium salmon colored in the glass, palate is dry, soft effervescence, fruits expressive, strawberry, stone fruit, nectarines, pink lady apple, note of brioche, acidity is medium +, body medium, finish long. Classic example of the modern Alsatian style. Yummy.

Very good pairing with seafood newburg. Nice balance of fruit and dryness. I saw the lower ratings before I bought but at the sub $20 price I took a chance. Good choice. 3.7 stars.

Pretty crappy.

100% Pinot Noir, 12,5% alc. Oog: Helder, zalm rosé met licht oranje schijn, kroon met fijne belletjes. Neus: Zuiver, gematigd, rode bes, toetsen van framboos en kersen, zwarte drop, weinig kruiden. Mond: Evenwichtig met zachte zuren en molligheid. Toch aangenaam fruitig met korte tot middellange afdronk. (3-4 sec) Mooie afwisseling als aperitief van de originele Crémant met Pinot Blanc & Auxerrois druiven.
