Way out west (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : slight peach, stone fruit backed by sweet spice. More of the same on the palate with quite juicy acidity.

A visit to Margaret River; 12/17/2016-1/1/2017 (Margaret River) : During a cellar door visit at the winery. Fresh, light with lemon dominating the aroma, very much in Chablis style.
