This is drinking beautifully. PNP, paired with Tofu Tacos, with avocado cream. Beautiful mouthfeel, despite very strong tannins. Much richer fruit than comparable PS from Dry Creek. Acid is strong but balanced. Should be great with many foods. Follow pairing recommendations for Malbec. Will get better with age. Drink by 2030.
2020 vintage
