Clear, dark orange colour. Dry nose of blue cheese, hay, honey, and orange marmalade. Palate is only slightly sweet, with a dry finish. Has touches of tannin and sour acidity. Flavours of simple syrup, honey, and mineral water.

Light gold. High toned honey and coconut. Elegant weight, not overly syrupy. Moderately sweet, apricot fruit, vanilla, and fine acidity. Lighter than Sauternes and completely ready now. Very enjoyable.

Half bottle. Golden orange. Highly fragrant botrytized nose with uplifting orange blossom. Very sweet combination of apricot, citrus, and vanilla. Finish shortened by some bitterness. Pretty straightforward but a good effort nonetheless.
