Lightly golden in color, nose of medium intensity showing honeysuckle and some floral notes; diffuse and not particularly complex. Medium to medium-plus body a bit creamy in texture. Medium-plus acidity. Palate was more interesting at first but settled down after 15 minutes or so. It starts off incredibly floral on the nose but a bit of patience reveals a great deal of complexity. The palate is beautifully fresh and vibrant with fantastic intensity and balance. Fresh and exuberantly fruity (stonefruit and very ripe citrus)! Much more punchy intensity and with some more mid-weight versus their entry-level alvarinho. This also has some added wet stone-minerality which adds to the nuances. Great value!

Fresh and well produced Nose: pears, pearlike citrus, apricot, herbs in a well balanced combination. Less pears after a while in the glass Palete: pears more in the background now ( that is positive), apricots, grilled lemon and herbs. Ok complexity and was a great combination to the crab and Asian style tuna bowl Really good and straight forward

Okhuysen-Proeven tussen de Stellingen: A bit too young, sour and sweet stiil a bit separated, but everything is in this wine to mellow.

Quick note: High acidity, fresh and clean, good balance, drink animating, uncomplicated but not banal, tastes like a Sauvignon Blanc, very good.
