Opened four '04 roses side by side (see other TNs: Mordoree Tavel, Grande Cassagne, Mas de la Dame). Both the Fondreche and the Mas de la Dame were made in a less extracted style than the Mordoree and G. Cassagne. Pale pink color that is nearly identical to the Mas de la Dame. The Fondreche had the lightest nose of the four roses. Fresh and clean but quite subtle. Refreshing acidity and light red fruit. This drinks almost like a …

Saturday, June 25, 2005 opened on the 25th but not finished until the 27th....and still perfectly good. just the same as the last note Saturday, June 25, 2005 see Baudry rosé 04 for same date Friday, July 22, 2005 with Dorton’s. just like earlier notes. overly acidic on the finish, but a good rosé nonethekess. w/ broken finger
