Great nose, but strange palate at first. Give it 30 - 60 mins open or in a decanter with a chiller. Opens nicely and the acid returns for a decent balance. Drink up.

Needs to be served quite cold otherwise it seems broad. Nice flavour, different to most white burgundy. Rich, good balance, satisfying. Can stand some air. Drank over three nights and was best on the third.
