Reino de los Mallos Vino de la Tierra Ribera del Gállego-Cinco Villas monovarietales syrah

Yes! What a gorgeous wine! Almost cali-syrah in profile - very positively meant - showing notes of blackberries, blueberries, smoky oak, vanilla, lots of smoked bacon, roasted pine needles and clove-spice but 'only' medium+ bodied, well-balanced and almost refreshing. -At least compared to an '04 Finca Sandoval had next to it, which was much denser. Very smoky flavours here!

Formidable, fruity, complex wine
