Moderate aroma of red fruit, medium-full bodied with initial crispness that becomes notably smoother as it breathes. The wine is dry, with medium round to hard tannins, and is flavorful with mid-palate flavors of blackberry and red fruit with the red fruit and some oak on the medium finish. Very nice, well-balanced and moderately complex. An excellent pairing with roasted peanuts but only neutral with spaghetti.
