Great wine. Very full and long Sauv Blanc. I could try the wine first in Santiago’s best restaurant Borago, and took a bottle home to Australia. Had it today with a Poke Bowl at home. Very expressive, great combination of grassy flavours, peach, apricot and fresh acidity with lemon flavours. Amazing to drink now. Great length. Slight saltiness. Perfect to drink now. Well developed. Won’t get better

Extremely aromatic Sauv Blanc from Chile. I had the pleasure to taste this with the winemaker. Very green and spicy nose. The palate is full of citrus and green pepper spice. Very racy and a long finish. Great QPR!

Light straw in colour with a greenish tint. Stylish bouquet of green fruit and freshly cut grass. On the palate racy, clean flavours of gooseberries, asparagus accompanied by grass and nettles. Lots of cool climate character with a crisp dry finish. Very impressive wine.
