Ratapoil (Raphaël Monnier) Arbois Par Là

A little spritzy right out of the bottle, decanted and consumed over the course of a few hours. Pale red and cloudy, not giving much in aroma. Plenty of unripe strawberry and raspberry on the palate, somewhat chalky from the sediment, a bit less acidity than it needs considering the lack of framing tannins in this grape, a little hint of Brett or something similar adds some much needed complexity but the total package is a little underwhelming.
