Day 1: Glasvin Obsession. Rustic in nature with cherry, underbrush, violets, spices, soy, minerals and strawberries. Very balanced and medium plus finish. For $22 you will not find many better. Ignore the 88 point review.

Expected more with this wine given other reviews. Thought it was just average.

Oakville72 is correct. A really good Willamette Pinot Noir at a very nice price. Ordered a few more bottles.

I love Boedecker Pinot Noirs. This one does not disappoint: Great color, complex nose of fruit and spice, terrific fruit in the palate. At 6 years past the vintage, this wine does not show its age. If I had tasted it blind, I would have guessed it just 3-4 years of age at most. This is the kind of Pinot Noir that makes Burgundy lovers want to ask: Perhaps Oregon Pinot Noirs can compete?

Pale ruby colored, fading to pale garnet, with medium viscosity (13.8% ABV). The nose has medium (+) intensity aromas of black cherry, baking spices, ripe pomegranate, orange peel, black raspberry, toasty oak, and Turkish coffee. The palate is dry, with medium (+) acidity, a medium (-) body, and medium (-) tannins. The flavors are medium in intensity and hone in on dark red fruit. The oak influence is not as evident as the nose, with the focus being on black …

Very nice overall for the price. 91 points Day 2: I have know for a long time no decker makes solid wines. This is no exception and great price. Wild game, cranberry, earth, soy, dark cherry, forest floor and spice. Medium finish. 91+ Day 3: Like this even more. Should drink well through 2032. Cranberry, smoke, dust, earth, forest floor, rose petals, soy and …
